01_OFFICER_APPOINTMENT

In accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Nybble Technologies Private Limited has appointed a Grievance Officer to oversee the resolution of complaints from users and regulatory bodies.

02_SCOPE_OF_GRIEVANCE

This protocol applies to all services under the Nybble Technologies umbrella, including Eternal Lockerâ„¢ and Parsi Calendar. Grievances may be filed regarding:

03_RESOLUTION_SLA

We commit to a transparent and time-bound resolution process:

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Within 48 hours of receipt.
FINAL_RESOLUTION: Within 15 business days.

04_FILING_PROCEDURE

To ensure a resilient audit trail, please include your User ID or registered email address and any relevant transaction IDs. All correspondence must be conducted via the official grievance@nybbletechnologies.com channel to be recognized as a formal dispute.
