CRITICAL_NOTICE: Upon cancellation, your access to Eternal Locker™ will end immediately, and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our infrastructure. This process is automated and irreversible.
No further payments will be charged after the cancellation sequence is initiated.
02_REFUND_ELIGIBILITY
Nybble Technologies Private Limited operates on a "Service Rendered" basis. Refund requests are evaluated under the following technical conditions:
Duplicate Transaction: Verified multiple charges for the same billing cycle due to gateway latency.
Provisioning Failure: Failure to deploy digital resources within 48 hours of successful payment.
System Fault: Confirmed core infrastructure failure preventing service utilization.
03_NON_REFUNDABLE_ITEMS
Refunds will not be issued for:
Unused portions of a billing cycle following user-initiated cancellation and data purge.
Change of mind after encryption keys have been generated or digital assets archived.
Cases where data has been deleted pursuant to the immediate termination protocol.
04_REFUND_TIMELINES
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank's processing cycles (typically 3-10 days for Indian credit/corporate cards).
