01_ACCEPTANCE_OF_SYSTEM_TERMS

By accessing any digital property owned by Nybble Technologies Private Limited (including but not limited to Eternal Locker™ and Parsi Calendar), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these protocols, access to the systems is strictly prohibited.

02_USER_RESPONSIBILITY_&_ACCESS

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. For services involving sensitive data transfer (Eternal Locker™), the user acknowledges that:

The Company employs industry-standard encryption.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of nominated "Next-of-Kin" details.
Misuse of the system for storing illegal or malicious content will result in immediate termination of access.

03_PAYMENT_&_SUBSCRIPTION_LOGIC

All payments are processed through secure Indian gateways (Razorpay/Stripe). Users agree to provide accurate billing information. Failure to maintain an active payment status may result in the suspension of premium features or data archival limits.

04_LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, Nybble Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, data loss due to user negligence, or third-party infrastructure failures (e.g., Cloud provider outages).

05_GOVERNING_LAW_&_DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

06_GRIEVANCE_ESCALATION

For any formal disputes or service complaints, refer to our Grievance Redressal Policy. All legal notices must be directed to the Grievance Officer at the address listed below.
